Delta Consulting is the leading Telecommunications Consulting firm. We help businesses dealing with telecom systems, services, and spending to become more strategic, more effective, and to reduce costs.

Delta Consulting was established in 1996 by founder and President, Tim Proctor – formerly of AT&T.

Timothy G. Proctor

Timothy G. Proctor has been in the Telecommunications industry since 1989.  Tim’s extensive background with AT&T, as a District Manager and a National Account Manager, has helped provide invaluable insight, experience, and expertise to help deliver results oriented telecommunications consulting to his clients.  During his time with AT&T, he worked with clients such as, American Express, JM Family/Southeast Toyota, Beckman Coulter, Cellular One, and Safecard Services.

His experience with telecommunications products and services includes: IP Telephony & PBX Systems, Unified Communications & Voice Mail Systems, Call Centers/ACD,  Local Services, Long Distance Services, Toll free/800 Services, Data Networks, MPLS, Private lines, Frame Relay, Internet, and International Services.
