Delta Consulting is the leading Telecommunications Consulting firm. We help businesses to make Informed Technology Decisions, to Reduce Costs, and to Improve the Customer Experience.

Delta Consulting was established in 1996 by founder and President, Tim Proctor – formerly of AT&T.

Our clients typically spend significant time, money, and effort on telecommunications systems and services. They also have talented IT staffs. However, with technology changing so quickly and with all the other IT priorities (like Security, End User Needs, Evaluation of New Technologies), they don’t have the time and/or TELECOM expertise on staff to  these key  issues:

Timothy G. Proctor

Timothy G. Proctor has been in the Telecommunications industry since 1989.  Tim’s extensive background with AT&T, as a District Manager and a National Account Manager, has helped provide invaluable insight, experience, and expertise to help deliver results oriented telecommunications consulting to his clients.  During his time with AT&T, he worked with clients such as, American Express, JM Family/Southeast Toyota, Beckman Coulter, Cellular One/AT&T Wireless, and Safecard Services.

His experience with telecommunications products and services includes: Cloud & Premise based Telephony Systems (UCAAS), Unified Communications, Contact Centers (CCAAS),  Voice Services, Data Networks, including SD WAN, MPLS,  Ethernet, Private lines, Internet, and International Services.
